Do you have a drawing, a material specification or specific operating conditions? We check which compound is suitable, which certifications exist and where an adjustment is needed. Together we clarify what is technically possible, and we stay with you from material selection through sample testing to regular supply.

Elastomers for your industry
Water supply, vehicle manufacture or laboratory: every industry puts its own demands on materials and certification. Depending on the use, what counts is approval in the target market, the initial sample inspection report, or purity in contact with the sample. We supply the right material together with the certification you need.
The five industries we supply
Pharmaceuticals and analytics
Septa and laboratory parts that stay tight after every puncture and do not alter the sample.
Automotive and e-mobility
Sealing material for thermal management and drivetrain, with values for initial sample inspection.
Machinery and plant engineering
Sealing and wear parts against oil, steam and chemicals, for automation technology too.
Sanitary and building services
Sanitary seals for water supply, hot water and building services.
Infrastructure and utilities
Wall penetration seals and cable seals for water, power, gas and fibre.

Certification drives the material choice
Water supply calls for a different approval than the cooling circuit of a vehicle or the laboratory at the sample. There are eight elastomer families, and each comes with its own approvals and its own temperature limit.
Industry-specific applications
Within the same industry, one component may call for a standard grade from stock and the next for a compound of its own. What comes into question is decided by medium, temperature, pressure and the approval required. That is why we ask about the job first.
Which industry does your part have to hold up in?
Tell us the job and the certification your market asks for. We need no more than that for a first assessment.
